TMJD Headache Massage - $130

This 60 minute Session addresses the whole body but focuses mainly on the structures starting at the hip up through to the head and scalp. The best way to treat each client is with open communication about their needs and concerns, for this reason each session begins with a thorough intake. Please arrive at your appointment 5-10 minutes early to ensure we're ready to begin on time.

Techniques may include Face Cupping, Face Massage, Intraoral Manual techniques, Neuromuscular Therapy, Polyvagal Manual Techniques, and Structural Integration.

People with Headaches, TMJ, Jaw Pain, Neck Pain, and Shoulder Disfunction will likely find relief in these sessions.

Vagus Nerve Massage - $130

An entire massage session dedicated to vagus nerve massage, Polyvagal manual therapy addresses the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic states of the body. With these very gentile hands-on techniques your therapist will guide your body toward flexibility and ease along the spectrum of the Autonomic Nervous System.

**These are not deep tissue techniques, if you would like to integrate Polyvagal and Vagus Nerve techniques into your deep tissue sessions please communicate this during the intake portion of a standard massage appointment.
